911 dashboard removal help!!!

Does anyone know how to get the nuts off the front of a 87 dashboard,
I have tried using a socket, open end and box end and i can not fit them to rotate the nuts.

also how many front nuts are there in the front i hae found 4

What are they 8, 9 or 10mm - I forget. getting the nuts off was the easy part. Just keep at it. 5 on the front edge and 2 over the instrument cluster. I thought I was going to break it when taking it off because it was a tight fit but just keep at it. IIRC once I got the 2 from the instrument cluster lifted off first(lots of force and finess) it was easy from there.

they are 10mm, but i have no room to rotate the wrench, like the two near the glove box light, i'll go to sears and see of they have a special wrench, did you recver your with leather

This job is easier with mini ratchet set, with an extension for the passenger side corner.
