Nick -- you can't set mixture with a CIS fuel pressure tester. You need the use of an exhaust gas analyzer to set it correctly. There have been procedures posted in older threads on how to "rough in" the mixture setting.

I stand corrected.

I know you can also use a Dwell meter to measure the duty cycle of the frequency valve.

I wonder if this method still works without the o2 sensor since this is the primary input for the function of this valve.
