i need the center to center on the wiper arms?

also the measurement from edge of front fender lip (directly above spindle) to where fender meets body. im trying to find out the size of a set of front fenders i have to see if they are stock size or +2" fenders.

Here you go: The wipers are about 4 3/4 " apart and the fender is about 12 1/2" wide at the wheel center. ( The pic. of the fender measurement looks off, but I promise the tape is lined up with the edge of the fender!)
