CIS CO and Timing Setting

I have an 83 SC USA motor with ROW CIS intake. Car is primarily used for DE. What is optimal CO and timing advance settings for best HP? Everything is stock except for GHL headers and muffler. Thanks in advance.

Follow the factory setting and experiment with 32-35 total advance.
Gas meter like a Gunson? for mixture.

Thanks Doc.

Does the mixture setting remain the same for track and street? as in Wayne's 101 book?
