Installing leather handbrake boot?

Fernando, that is the wrong one. That is the one for those who have the plastic console over the e-brake. The correct part number from the company that makes these is 911HBB. The one you pictured is 911HBX. I don't have the Pelican # handy.

You are right... I just checked the bag it came in and the manufacturers number is 911HBX010. Where can I get the right one (911HBB) for my application?

You can get them from Pelican, but I finally ordered the correct one only by calling them and telling them my car is an '84 (your boot fits mine), but I removed the center console and need one that fits a '74. Call 'em up. While they are on the phone, refer them to this thread so they can get an idea of what you need.

I've talked to Pelican and they've agreed to exchange the boot for one that will fit my car. For the sake of this thread it looks like the one I need is: PEL-PP900620

We've already found that part PEL-PP900622 is not long enough if you don't have the center console (first hand experience)... and from this thread part PEL-PP900623 is too short as well... The other one that PP sells is part PEL-PP900621 which by the descritption sounds like you need the center console. That only leaves part PEL-PP900620... which should be the right part.
