Is it necessary to move the spindle up-wards on the front struts, when lowering the car, to keep full suspension trawl ? i feel that the movement to the bump stop is very limited ..
The car is lowered to approx. 25,5 " (fender lip hight) Roslin

I have been told that you need at least two inches of travel (trawl?) to ensure you are not riding on the bump stops. I just completed my entire suspension rebuild, but will be going back in soon to install raised spindles, because I only have 3/4" of travel before I hit the bump stops. BTW, my car is very low.

There is an old thread that discusses this. It might be hard to fid it with the search engine however.
If you have the car close to the stock "Euro" ht. then all you need is the rack spacers. The 25.5" height measurement you give makes me suspect you are at that level -- but is that frnt or rear?
