3.2 idle microswitch - Adjusting bolts

Trying to loosen the bolts (# 12) on the idle microswitch (with engine in the car) to adjust it is a major pain! I had to remove 3 hoses and the intake rubber boot to get to it. The only tool that would fit in the tight spot was a stubby screwdriver about 2 inches long. All you could do is turn the stubby screwdriver and pray you didn't strip the philips head.

Do yourself a favor if you have the chance, consider using allen head bolts for one of the bolts or both. I trust the allen bolts more than worn down philips using a stubby screwdriver. It would be a lot easier to adjust and you shouldn't have to remove any accessories, or at least not as many. They're small bolts, so finding them may be a challenge but consider getting them if you can.
