Transaxle Idetification Help..

Hi,
After a couple of days of searching on the net and coming up with nothing I was hoping someone here could help me out.

I purchased two crates of parts for cheap. In them it had some tranaxles. I have since then figured out that they are 911 transaxles maybe from the 80's.

I've searched the net with the codes but no luck.

Can someone tell me what they are and what they may be worth? Here are the following codes.

950/01 74H (two of these)
950/01 1J








any help would be appreciated
