Help Blinker/Hazard Problem

Hello All,
I encounter the following problem with my turning/hazard signal lights. I searched the forum but didn’t find appropriate info. So I describe my problem.

Hazard on /Ignition off = 4 lights (left/right/front/rear) and red light in switch light continuous. Indicator lights do not light. When I remove the blinker relay the result remains the same.

Hazard on/ignition on = all abovementioned lights (5x) blink normally. No indicator lights

I changed the blinker relay for a new one with the same results.

Possibly someone encountered the same problem.

Thank you for your advice and tips.

Regards, Ko
