torsion bar cross reff
I know I've seen it before on the board, but I've spent all morning looking for it. Can someone help me find a torsion bar rate to spring rate conversion chart?
thanks

Armando:
Since I wrote that piece many years ago..please do notice that the torsion bar rates are more accurately called "wheel rates"...since that is what it is ....installed on the car. Always compare wheel rates to wheel rates, because "where" the coil spring is located on the suspension makes a difference on how "Stiff" the suspension is...depending upon the leverage put on the coil spring. - Wil
