				Problem with valve adjustment

I'm currently in the middle of adjusting my valves. I'm on the #4 intake valve. I loostened the 13mm nut and now the screw won't turn back unless I apply a lot of force with the screwdriver. The number 4 exhaust screw loostened up without a problem. What's going on here?

Sometimes the screw stretches because the locking nut has been tightened too much. You can live with it or replace it. If you can still get a proper adjustment I'd live with it.

Maybe you have pressure on the tappet, meaning its not at TDC.
