When did the 930 get a 5-speed?

I saw this on ebay. I wasn't aware the 930 came with a 5-speed but maybe it did when it got a G50; what year did that happen? I know the 911 got the G50 in '87 but thought the 930 didn't. The ebay car is an '89.

I believe the '89 turbo was the only pre-90 turbo with a 5-speed.

Yup.. Quite sought after for this reason. You'll be lucky to find a nice one for less than $35K. You'll see some for sale with low miles that are well into the $40s.

Yup.. 89 was the only year in the 930 and that tranny is a G50/50, its LSD.
