Question Car won't stay running, need help

My car is doing something strange. It will come on, come to a high idle and then stop running. I know this isn't a lot of info but do you guys have any ideas about what is going on?

Yeah... that's pretty vague. Anything else you can tell us? Anything changed lately? Does it always start... and then do this. Or does it get into a no start situation for awhile?

Or maybe a clogged fuel filter, bad gas, or something. Definitely need more information.
