Idle change warm to hot at stop, which device am I looking for? 82sc

WHile its not a big problem I just want to know if its normal or is something out. I set the idle mix and have a solid idle (maybe a tad low but strong and solid) when cold and warm.
After long drives or when its excessively hot (meaning normally the temp gauge is way below the middle but during a 95+ day it will creep up to the middle or so) I notice the idle change at stop lights or when sitting still.

Its not a creep and hold like a leak but a ramp up a few rpms then kick back down as if something is opening and then closing.

What components should I check or replace or is this just a normal device richening or leaning the idle at the stop?

Thanks for any help
D.Brisson

82sc GHL single in out, cat bypass. Otherwise stock with new filter, plugs rotor and cap.

The lower part wasnt there during the first reply added during edit, although the 82 was in the title. Any way where should I start? I am guessing the "check the pressures and cis overview. ...

Your warm control pressure might be a little low, resulting in a too rich warm condition. It's also possible your mixture may be simply set a little rich.
