Part identification for newbie

So, I went and looked at an '80 911SC Euro. He's asking $8,000. I'm probably going to pass on it because there is major rust where the door jambs curve into the door sills on both sides. It looks good otherwise, except for some paint issues. However, I have a couple of quick questions. 1. What was supposed to go on this bracket?

2. I couldn't quite see around the AC and bracket, but can you tell if the upgraded tensioner is there? I think I see it, but I'm not sure.

3. This is an oil cooler, right?

#1 Bracket is for an air pump that adds air to the exhaust for emissions. If you look under the engine, you may see some tubing that goes to each cylinder - if the PO hasn't already removed this too.

#2 This picture doesn't show where the upgraded chain tensioners are.

#3. Yes, that's an oil cooler.

Rust always scares me - I'd have passed on it too.

I thought that if there's tubing coming out the side of the oil pressure sender, it had the upgrade. I also thought you could see a bit of the tubing on the other side (the third picture). Obviously, I'm wrong? That's okay. I'm used to being wrong.

The pressure fed tensioners will tap into that line.

Cam Chain tensioner upgrade for pre 84 cars. Have a look at the two pictures. The first one shows the cam cover and the top oil line with no oil fed tensioner. The second picture shows where the oil line 'T's off and connects with a banjo bolt into the end of the chain tensioner. If it doesn't have that oil line into the cover, then it does not have the upgrade.
Hope this helps.

Those jams are going to be a pain to fix. Do a search to see the process. I would pass. For another grand or 2 you can pick up one without the rust.
