Help on testing Reference & Speed sensors

Bentley says when testing the resistance on the reference an speed sensors that terminals 1&3 and 2&3 should measure > 100K ohms. I get nothing. Anyone know what would cause that? 100k is well within the range of my DVOM (which is fairly new). I can't imaging the sensors are bad, because the car starts. Resistance at 1&2 is within spec.

Resistence check's on crank sensors is never consistent the only way to check one is with a scope. Sometimes if it is dead you will get lucky but usually the bad one's are still in spec
