9" x 16" Fuchs

Will 9" X 16" Fuchs with 245/45/16 tires fit rear Carrera fender wells without rolling the fender lips? Will there be any problems? Or should I stick with "8 x 16" Fuchs and 225/50/16's

I've used them with no problems, some my 89 came with them in Europe. It would be best to check each individual car though.

9" should fit if 8"s fit (fenderwise)
The extra inch is on the inside of the rim, I think

The 9s fit and look absolutely great. Although, if you buy them, be careful where you get them from. You don't want to go through the mess I went through. My recommendation is Jason Cullen. He will take good care of you.

The only time I've seen an issue is on the pass side-clearing the oil line from the tank.

Heyyy there Nutmeg!

I lost your number! I have Fuchs 9x16s with 245/45/16s on my '84. They fit just fine and look good too. If you want, lets unbolt em from my car and you can try them on yours. Or you can come over to the office and eyeball em any time. I'm around every week day.

Let me know. Sequoiafjv@aol.com

Dantilla - do you have a side shot of your car with the 16 inchers? And a website or contact for Jason?

Here ya go-

I bought these fully polished. I masked the petals and rims and hit the background with semi-gloss rattle cans.

9 x 16's fit the back of SC and Carrera's like they were made for them. In fact, anything smaller looks ridiculous!
