Sorry, had to take down pics. I should have checked with owner before posting.

Cool pictures of some pretty amazing iron, but that was one lame azz story! Do you suppose that you could elaborate just a little on the details?

Tell us more.

I can't imagine having a Ferrari F1 car. Can I come sit in it? (I might fit, depending on whom it was set up for.)

It is actually a mock car. It has no running gear.
My Dad transported it to Vegas for show of some kind. It might be fun on a great big hill.

Come to Road America for a vintage weekend...Brian French (local in Sheboygan) has a stable of F1 cars. Two early 90s Ferrari's (Prost and Alesi) Michael Schumacher's Benetton and a couple of Jordans. He likes to exercise them frequently throughout the summer months. You can get right up close and personal with them and the sounds are marvelous (though many of the original motors are mothballed and replaced with Judds); they still sound awesome!

Very cool pics...I love vintage race cars!!

For the real McCoys, come to Daytona this week.

Rennsport Reunion is an event that every Porsche entheuiast should attend once in a lifetime. This is my third try. (My docs don't know about my back-to-back trips.)

Best,
Grady

I have seen an ex Shuey F1 at Ca Speedway. They (an actual pit crew for an amateur race) couldn't get tit to fire. I heard this wasn't the first time, either. Apparently it takes quite a bit of peripheral equipment to start one. What, they idle at something like 5 grand? Maybe the no running gear is a blessing.

jeezus, watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26X_s28ilYs That would scare the piss outta me.
