Tuning webers for larger displacement

I kept my webers from my 2.2, which ran great, to put on my new 2.7.
I have my Performance Handbook here and Bruce says: 34mm venturis,F3 emulsion tube, 135 mains,145 air to fit on the 2.7RS spec engine he likes ( 2.7RS P&Cs, E cams, early exhaust etc.)
Mine have 32mm venturis, F26 emulsion tubes, 135 mains, 180 air. My engine is upgraded and I have the early exhaust, but it's stock with stock S cams.
Has anyone any experience with this configuration? If so, then what did you do- if anything to improve it? What should the correct combination be?

Alex,

Using the formula on p. 154 of Bruce's 2nd ed. Handbook, 32 mm is perfect for your engine as it is cammed now. And the jetting is close enough, too. You would have to go to the more aggressive early 'S' cams or GE-60 cams and move the power band up the rev range to need the larger venturis.
