Scott from Scott's Independent Porsche in Anaheim used to have a set of steel wheels on his longhood that were welded up to be 16". They looked so original with a much nicer size of tire. Most people never even noticed them because they looked so 'correct'. They are still one of my favorites.

Gas burners give your car a unique look... everyone has fuchs.. but if you stay with the Mahles; you not only look good but you look like unique. I like having things you don't see everyday.
I would sell the Mahles and buy some of the nice deep dish steelies with the centers painted black, and you STILL don't see steelies on 911's all the time.

Mike,
Thanks for the offer I have a few sets of fuchs already. I am not crazy about the mahles but they are the wheels that car was built with car has lasted this long w/o being molested I am not going to be the first one. Thanks for all the opinions, keep them coming.
Phil

Mahle gas burners are nice, but I like Fuchs better on your car. Beautiful car, BTW...

Gogar, what the fuch? Those GB's look sweeet on that car! Cleaned up, they really look nice.

Phil, I am still partial to Fuchs, but keep the burners and get them cleaned up like Gogars. They would look great on that car.
