Yet another detailing question

I am trying to clean up the interior of my '86 Targa and am not sure what material the top of my dash is? It seems like vinyl or plastic.

There is no stitching on the dash so unlikely it's leather (I assume that the rolled part at the front that forms the instrument binnacle is leatherette).

Any suggestions as to what to use on it would be appreciated (it's not cracked but is faded a bit - almost white in patches).

Thanks in advance.

PS Using petroleum jelly on faded Fuchs really works! Don't know what to use on the rims, though.

If it's vinyl, then try Vinylex. If it's leather, use the Leatherique products.

Whatever you do, don't use Armorall.
