Engine starts not normal

Hello

After my engine swap from (2.7 to 3.2) I can start my 3.2 engine BUT NOT as is should be

If I turn the key to the first contact I have voltage on the ignition coil.
When I turn over the key to start the engine the engine won't start! When releasing the key the engine starts.

I checked the following:
Key on first contact: voltage on the ignition coil
Key turning to start : no voltage anymore on the ignition coil
When releasing the key the engine turns just a little bit and the bobine gets back its voltage and starts.

But it's not how it should be

I also checked the DME relais resoldered the connections but I don't know where to search anymore

Anyone has some idee's?
