First dyno run coming up - sweet

Just signed up for the tech/dyno day event our local PCA (MSR) is having at Pat Williams in Memphis in November. Not sure why I am even excited about this as my SC cab is pretty stock other than a topend and some upgrades.

Oh well, what the heck. Be nice to see how close to design output the car is running... or not.

Good luck and be sure the tech applies the various factors to the results that allow for temp, height above sea level, etc.

Then let us know.

From what I have read, the 3.0 engine regularly show at least what PAG quoted, sometimes more. The 3.2 engine typically dyno 215-225 bhp ie slightly less than quoted (231). At least regarding the euro engines.

You might be in for a lucky surprise!

Well, I signed up for 2 slots. I am hoping to have the Frankenmuffler back in time to do a swap between runs to see what it will do, for fun of course...

See the ol' Frankenmuffler thread here...

Frankenmuffler: Can Shane build a $50 9lb. or less muffler?

No offense but no matter what muffler you run on an STOCK sc you will see almost NO gain in HP but rather throttle response improvments and sound

No offense taken at all Ben! I'd rather save the $20 on a useless run... Thanks for the info
