'69 911E can I use RW3DP0 spark plugs?

I know the W3DPO is the standard plug, I believe the "R" in the number means it is a resistor type plug. I don't think it would hurt anything at all. It may even let your radio be more free of the hummmm, that happens when you don't use a resistor type plug or other type of voltage noise suppressor. Good luck!!
