Early 911 transmission numbers with questions please?

These are numbers from an early transmission. Can anyone tell what it is by these numbers? Lim slip, 7:31 or 8:31? Value? Also, where can I find this info for myself>?? PM me your thoughts please. Warm regards.

911/01 & 7109289
