Adapting a 964 intake manifold to an early (2.7) engine

I have done multiple searches and cant seem to find the answers. How 'involved' is adapting a 964 intake to an early (2.7) engine. I will be using MS EFI and stock 964 fuel rails. I seem to remember that someone makes adapter plates for the 964 to 3.2 head mating, but what about to a 3.0 or 2.7? In any event, is the 964 3.6 intake even worth it over a 3.2, or are there additional headaches due to it's throttle bodies. Thanks

Smart Racing has the adapter plates.

The port sizes will be too large for a 2.7 unless you are building a race car.
