Angry Almost restored....Then It happens

All of you know I am restoring my 70 911E Coupe, I'm putting in a 2.4L motor, just need to do the brakes and put some new rubber on.
I put the car on jack stands and go to remove my right front wheel when I notice it wobbles
I think hmmmmm.... I look at the A arm it's bouncing, I notice rust..... I open my hood and looo and behold It is all Rotted to *****
I need a new suspension pan, out of all the dumb luck when I'm soo close to driving the car, My Mechanic says He knows someone who will weld me a new one for a couple hundred bucks, I am very lucky. A word for the wise
When buying a project car look over the bottom of the car very closely!!!!! I looked at it and figured I could factor in the cost to repair the little rust, later. Now I am paying for it. Oh Well. Come one more month I will be Cruzin and it will be all forgotten.
