Un-installing a Robotek shift kit
If I were to un-install a Robotek shift kit, what would I need to do to restore my shifter to it's pre-existing condition? for example,
1). I had a factory short shift kit, so I had cut out the small notch in the gear shift housing to accommodate the longer pin of the Robotek. do I need a new shift housing? 2). I replaced the pin from the short shift kit with the longer pin in the Robotek kit. do i need another short pin? i put in the Robotek about 4 years ago. I took the shifter out today and was looking at it and i wanted to ask before I started buying parts or taking them out. thanks.

You may likely be better off just trading complete shifter units with someone who might be in the market for what you already have.
