steve wong + 20/21 web cam --> pass CA smog?

Can anybody give me any input.
Will a carrera 3.2 (88) pass CA smog with a 20/21 web cam and steve wong chip.
All other emissions devices are in the car.

Don't know about CA laws, but if you can compare to MD laws...my 3.4 with 20/21 cams and all other equipment installed passed with flying colors.

I put my SW chip back in after the tests - save the stock chip just for smog tests.

A new CAT will mask all sorts of these issues. If it fails, then pick up an aftermarket CAT from us, and it should pass...
