Hmmm... a headlight bucket on the passenger side might be an option. Great post though milt...I'll keep studying photos. I really like how it's sitting now as well...it would look pretty "right" if the front end were lowered a bit more. Again, that filler piece is a little intimidating to me right now, but I hope it turns out great when it's done.

Making Chicken Salad out of Chicken *****...

I got the passenger side tacked, seam welded, then ground down. It's really smooth and nice...probably my best welding work. (Which isn't saying much).

I should note that I welded it from the inside to reduce the amount of grinding I'd have to do on the outside.

I'll probably spend some time with a hammer and dolly shaping it a bit more, but I'm happy with how it turned out so far.

I'm a little intimidated by creating the filler panel for the bottom, and getting each side symmetrical. I guess I'll just take a lot of measurements....
