Thumbs up Big Bore Throttle Body Rsr 3.0 W/ Cis Set Up

Having a ton of trouble getting information on the throttle body for the CIS type of set up. At one time I remember a bunch of people selling the big bore RSR throttle bodies for the CIS engines and now I can't find any information on them. I do have one but I'm considering selling my car. Can anybody help me with the following, PLEASE!
FYI: Engine specs (9:8:1 pis/cyl, Larger earlier intake runners, heads bored to intake runner specs, ELGIN SC330 grind cam, Euro fuel distributor- 0438100010, Crank fire ignition, SSI , Dansk muffler)

Can please help:
A. would the larger throttle body make any difference?
B. If so where would it help? Would it affect any driveability?
C. Does the CIS restrict any real gains that you would get from the larger mm?
D. What was the RSR style throttle body designed for?

Thanks for any help!!
