Alignment issues w/new Bilstiens

I recently installed new Bilstien Sports all the way around. Had it corner balanced which amazingly took about a half hour. We just needed to adjust the front torsion bars and when we were all done the front was about 5/8" higher than the rear so I'm real happy with that. Problem is when we went to align it we can't get enough caster out of one side and there is too much in the other, to the tune of 3 degrees difference. We scraped off all the sealant so that wasn't holding us up. Could the new dust cover for the strut insert be hindering our movement from the bottom? Any experience or other ideas would be very welcome.

Thanks!

strut bent? The front shocks can bottom out, yes.

Assuming everything else is straight, including the struts, the corner balance good, you can enlarge the top strut mounting holess to get the necessary alignment (caster or camber) to line up. Maybe a bit caveman, but I would do it, if everyhting else seems OK.
