Re route oil line after header install?

Installing headers on the SC track car, and have found the rubber oil line lays almost on top of the tubes. How have others handled this? Try to re route it a bit and hold the center of the line up off the headers with some type of clamp? Fabricate a bent line out of metal? I am sure lots of others have come across this, tips wanted.

Do you have B&B Headers? You mention the rubber line ("S" hose) and this does interfere with the B&B Headers........ The solution is custom or get the replacement pipe from B&B.....

Cheers

here's a pic of the angled transition between the S hose and 3.6 block

It would probably be a good idea to install aheat shield as well.

here's an installed picture, the angled pipe raises the S hose up away from the headers

Have you got a 3.0, 3.2 or 3.6 in the car in question?

Cheers
