ITB's - How do they work
How is air-flow measured with ITB's? Does the Motronic (or equivalent) controller still need an air-flow signal to meter the correct amount of fuel?

With no airflow meter, the computer relies on the throttle position sensor, intake air temp sensor, rpm, and manifold pressure (MAP) sensor to "estimate" the engines fuel requirements.

My 3.4 runs on a Micro tech. Very stable, reasonably priced and easy to use soft ware.

I am going to use one of these when I get around to it to replace my AFM, www.mapecu.com, just wish i had the time to tinker.
