Before I go any further, I am thinking it's wise to ask.
Subject is 82SC with factory AC. Compressor was removed by p.o. The AC Fan Motor (controlled through the rotary switch in the console) became inoperable at any speed. In reviewing the schematic supplied by our host, I pulled the AC relay and closed/bridged the circuit at the fuse panel, and the blower operates at high speed. I replaced the relay with a new one (OEM made in China btw) and problem solved, temporarily. Fan motor has been inop since. I can test the old & new relays, or am I overlooking something? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks in advance! ![]()

There is a resistor unit under the passenger floorboard that controls the fan speeds. You may want to check that.
