Dave Shepard--GPR Still Kicken!! Request from Family!!!!

I spoke with Dave's girlfriend today and got a request. She wanted to know if I could ask people to send funny cards to Dave so that she would have more to read him. She told me that he tends to respond to funny cards and jokes best so lets put it together for him. Lets show him we are all here rooting for him. I work about a mile from the hospital where he is still in ICU and will deliver all cards on a daily basis.

Again, I will deliver the cards on a daily basis. I will NOT open the cards but let’s please keep this to Funny and Laughable get well cards. I will post back here as to the count to keep this at the top. Also, if you don't have the cents for a stamp, post your jokes or get well wishes here and I will print them out and deliver them individually.

Dave really needs our support and to know that there are people out here that care about him. Please Help!!!

Please also let me know if there are any other suggestions for ways to help. I am game for anything.

He is in the hospital and until recently was in an induced coma. Ulcers, high blood pressure and such....he also had a previous back injury I believe. Pain management issues may have contributed to his recent problems...3rd hand. He's not a happy camper and his business has suffered.

you guys in slo county probably know a lot more than I do. I remember walking down Higuera street, and looking over because I heard a screaming 911 flat-6, and seeing his silver 914-6 3.2 rumbling through downtown. I could be wrong, but I think the guy I used to order from at GPR may have went to work for PP. It does not matter anyway. None of this matters. He needs our thoughts and prayers.

OK, Peace Z. I am just still stingingfrom the last b%^&$ slap i got from you.

Here is what I know from Daves Girlfriend. Dave had 2 lacerated ulcers and was rushed to the hospital. He promptly got Pneumonia and was sedated into a coma to keep him alive. Being in a coma, he was put on "Oxygen" and a feeding tube. This lasted a couple weeks and last week he was removed from the "Oxygen" and has been making very little progress. This is to say that he is not getting worse and the improvements are small. Best news was that his blood pressure was comming back to normal and stabilizing. I will update as i can. PLEASE SEND CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
