Absolutely beautiful - love the color combo. A fine example of a very tastefully modded car :)

JeremyD 06-29-2008 06:21 PM

Oh I like that!

Wow, amazing. Look like a lot of work went into this. I love everything, but wouldn't it be hot if the engine had green instead of red!!!

aerocrosby 06-29-2008 07:12 PM

I actually considered the green engine but my wife thought I'd be pushing the theme too much! So, I went with the tried and true red/silver/black. Maybe in the future?

Wow, very cool. I dig it.

Interesting choice of colours, works really well.

What a sleeper.

PcarPhil 06-30-2008 04:53 AM

Very nice! Do you have any traction problems in 2nd-4th gears?

regency 06-30-2008 05:59 AM

I was lucky enough to get a ride & she hauls ass in a big hurry.

David 06-30-2008 06:11 AM

Very nice! I wouldn't be surprised if you got an email from Excellence!

spence88mph 06-30-2008 06:21 AM

that's incredible! I love it!!!!!

RarlyL8 06-30-2008 06:54 AM

That is simply stunning.

If you wish to complete the "sleeper" look replace the B&B with a custom dual out that exits like a sport muffler. Any turbo guy will spot that offset muffler right off.

Curious what RPM range the boost kicks in? like 2200 or so? and with that what 0-60 times do you think it may have? just curious.

But I do love it! Man I think that is an amazing job of color and it's so sneaky to be packing some torque under there. I also really like the little touch of the 3.0 badge. To let them know it's not a standard pokey 2.7 or was that year a diff engine?

I am one of the luck few that have had a ride in this machine. It is almost scary how fast it is. The boost pins you back in your seat HARD!! It is amazing how just when you think it's probably about it, it keeps on pulling. Even in third gear ... pulls incredibly hard. Traction isn't a problem... the boost appropriately kicks in about 3000 or so, and plenty of it. A comfortable car... nice seats and with all the stuff you need, none of the stuff you don't.

I was impressed and pretty *green* with jealously!

Excellent Car. (and placed nicely in the concourse yesterday at Niello)

I guess there is a lesson to be learned, here: Do not pick a fight with a narrow-bodied early car that is beige and green, no matter how much tire you think you have.

Ouzo12 06-30-2008 06:40 PM

Man leave in the Purists in the dust, this car is awesome! Are there any issues with overheating or detonation running without an intercooler? I met a guy with a 76 turbo that had an Andial built 3.0 and he said with the lower gearing it was as fast, if not faster, than his 997 turbo. Now I cant vouch for the guy, but boost + low weight = rollercoster ride!

I love the 911T-squared badge. Great looking car.

MT930 06-30-2008 08:11 PM

Smoking car! speed & class outstanding. It would make a great excellence story.
More pics please.

mjshira 06-30-2008 08:17 PM

very unique and that is what it is all about. post a complete recap of your build up, I think we'd all appreciate those details.

rennch 06-30-2008 08:58 PM

Great combo...very tasteful all the way around.

Nader 07-01-2008 03:03 AM

Beautiful, looks clean and simple. Glad you didn't flare the crap out of it, bolt in a cage, or put in modern race seats. Extra points if you kept the back seats.
