HELP!! EFI 3.0 Engine Hesitates when warm

Hi Everyone,

I'm in a bit of strife, I've changed the engine in my 74 911 from a 2.7 to a 3.0.
Backdated exhaust, stock 3.0 dizzy.
I'm running Tbitz Megasquirt EFI.
I've changed the CDI from the 3 pin to 6 pin.

I got the car dyno tuned, and found the rpm bounces when warm at 3k and up
and was told by the dyno tuner that it's a ignition related problem.

Now when my car is stone cold or left idle for a few mins, it runs very smooth,
when the car starts to warm up, and i floor it, the car hesitates and pops at 3k and up.

My engine bay wiring was played with by the previous owner, So i've been playing with the wiring.

I've wired the cdi with a 40 amp relay myself, it whistles when ignition is on, I've also earthed the engine so now it has 2 earth cables. I've earthed the coil to the fan housing.
It made a noticeable difference but still the same problem is arising.

Can anyone come up with any ideas??

Cheers

the dyno tuner said it was ignition related so I've given the CDI dedicated power through a 40 amp relay,
Ive also earthed the engine x2 which has helped.

I dont think it is fuel pressure related cause it was fine on the 2.7.
Im still using the same injectors, fuel rails etc.. all i've changed is the engine and the map for the computer.

It's got me baffled.
