"Slightly" worked over '87 Turbo Look - thoughts re: value?

Hi all:
Since I own a 911, an acquaintance not familiar with Porsches sent me the attached pics and some info asking me what I thought the pictured car was worth.
He said its a 1987 "steel wide body" (which I interpret as a Turbo Look) that has been modified for racing in Germany. Obviously, it has been highly upgraded with 964 body panels, fenders, and mirrors. Also what looks like Gemballa brake ducts, "Azev" high end (?) wheels with 8 1/2x18 rubber (at the rear anyway), bump steer kit, adjustable coilovers, Brembo brakes, B&B exhaust, short shift kit, "racing clutch and transmission", and larger F/R swaybars. I have no idea what engine is installed but I'm sure it's gotta be bigger than the stock 1987 3.2 engine. I'm assuming all the upgrades are on the "high end" side.
Based on the interior pic and inclusion of an "awesome sound system" and A/C, I think its more street car than racer since it lacks a rollbar, racing seatbelts etc.
Assuming a 3.6 engine and 25-50,000 miles, what do you think the value is?
I know what I think, but I'd like some other opinions.
Thanks,
Tom

Mother always said - "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all."

Okay, here's something nice, sort of. It may well be a Factory Turbo Look as it appears to have 930 (not Brembo) brakes in the correct position.

A "tastefully" improved FTL is probably worth $25-30K+ depending on condition and mileage. "Tasteful" being very much in the eye of the beholder. A 3.6 would add some value to most, but not all, buyers.

Thanks Bob.
Your numbers match mine. I agree, not my taste either since I'm sort of a minimalist; just a little too "blingey" for me. I told him that and he is totally on board with my comment.
