Help identifying loose wires

Hi folks,

Found a wiring connector without a home under the driver's side carpeting. Two wires, one blue and one blue with white stripe, coming to a rectangular white plastic connector with two round ports. Originates under the tail end of the console but I don't see any other loose/unconnected wires in the vicinity.

My initial guess is that this is the AC control wiring as the knob on the console for the AC fan does nothing.

TIA for your help.

Check your Bentley. It may tell you. Or, visit your local Porsche fixer and ask to see the schematics in his factory manuals.

I don't keep my wiring diagrams at home but my first guess would be that it's from one of the two temperature sensors used by the auto heat system.
