is there NON-ethanol gas in florida???

i've been diagnosing a stumbling idle problem lately, it started immediately after i pulled into florida.....
so A.....i'm thinking the mixture setting is off as i'm near sea level and ohio was a bit higher.

or B.....ethanol......

is there a particular brand of gas (station) who doesn't use ethanol? never had this problem in ohio, today i spent part of the day checking for vacuum leaks etc...and everything checks out, along with the tested and working icv....

thanks

I live in New York, where as far as I know gas stations are required to sell 10-percent ethanol fuel. Maybe Florida is the same. I was in Cali awhile ago and it was amusing to pull into gas stations here and there that sold $7-a-gallon race fuel. Since I was driving a Nissan GT-R and somebody else was paying the expenses, I went for it.

I saw a report recently that the entire state of Florida will have 10% ethanol by law. Your state government has decided to screw you. The same folks that can't seem to count votes decided that you will use 10% ethanol like it or not.

the gas pumps here have stickers that say there is ethanol in the gas but doesn't say how much.

yes all the ones i see say 10% ethanol or less.....
tonite i checked the contact strips in the air meter, no real visable wear on the strips so i left it. also didn't find any obvious vacuum leaks......

i think it may be a mixture problem.....as the new 02 sensor was put in right before my drive down from ohio, once up to temp she seems more stable, but still stumbles periodically. the last time i adjusted it with a rented co2 meter with the old o2 sensor.......

today i stopped by a p-car dealer to get a code for a cdr-220, parts was closed but i was told they just hired a "master porsche tech" from conneticut 3 months ago......i'll have to stop in next week and see if he knows air cooled cars for future reference.......
