Help! - Electrical problem

I was re-installing my battery this moring and caught a wire in doing so.

Its a red wire coming out of a black Bosche relay (?) outside the main fuse panel towards the front of the car. When I turn the key to start - no fuel pump sound and I no electric going to the starter etc.. - everythimg else appears to be working.

I've attached a pic - just trying to determine where to attach the red wire.

Thanks for your help!!!

Check your fuse holder terminal screws to see if any of the connections are really loose.
Just gently pull on the wires that remain gently to see if the wire pulls out.
Does the wire look like it had a terminal screw tightened into it at one time?
There may be a sta-con or butt splice somewhere too.
Is it that little black relay on the lower right you are talking about?

I actually have power now (tricky ignition switch earlier), but my front oil cooler fan is not working. The PO had added this - must be what the black relay is for?? It was set to run continously before, if thats the case any more clues on where this wire may go???
Thanks
