Small and annoying il leak -- Known Temporary Solutions?

Hi all. I have a small oil leak coming from the seal between the cam tower and one cylinder head. It stinks (literally) because it is dripping on the heat exchanger. Is there ANY way to stop this in a non-invasive and temporary way using some sort of gasket goop or something like that? I really don't want to remove this engine since I'm in the middle of rebuilding its replacement engine. I just want to be able to drive the car without the embarrassing smoke. It looks like i'm grilling steaks under my engine. I know that the thing to do here is to reseal the cam towers and do it properly. I just don't have the time, money or space now. Any ideas or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried Brad Penn 20/50? Switching from Mobil 1, it stopped my leak. I too have a Cam Tower leak, BTW.

If you have a good shop, this can be repaired with the engine in place. I had the same issue with my 3.2 and chased it all last summer. I finally isolated it to the O ring between the cam chain tensioner box and the head. My mechanic did it in place, $10 bucks of parts and 3 hours labor. It was the best $200 bucks I vere spent on the car.

I have the exact same leak and have removed my headers, top left rocker cover, rear engine tin and chain box cover. You then have to note the cam timing, remove the cam gear, chain tensioner and chain box, I haven't got to that part yet, I'm a little scared to be honest! If anyone can chime in the best way to tackle the next part that would be great.
