Angry High Idle..Whats going on???

I have a 79 SC that is having all of a sudden high idle. I am not sure what is going on, I have readjusted the idle but its at the stop..Anything I need to look for, I have gone over all I know to check..
Any Ideas would be great.
Thanks in advance!

Vaccum leak.

Open your oil filler cap.

If there is no change in idle,

you may have a vaccum leak.

Check to see if your distributor's advance weights are sticking, too.
