Confirm Fuse Box Cover Part Number

The link to the 76/77 Turbo PET isn't working.

Could someone please confirm this PN:

911 612 161 03

I think it is for a 76/77 Turbo.

You can plug the number into that "Search Pelican Parts" box at the top. Which I did. Here is what I got:

Part Superseded to 91161216104

Which then gives me:

911-612-161-04 COVER
NLA

But others went with:

OEM-91161216101 Genuine Porsche Part: FUSE & RELAY COVER
- This is a special-order, non-returnable, Porsche part
(availability and shipping charges may vary).
$34.00

Thanks, Kurt.

What I'm after though is was this the cover that was originally used in the 76 and 77 Turbos. It seems to be by default as 02 was used for 77 normal and 04 was used for 78 SC, but as I said the link is kaput for the early turbo section.

Paul,

I just looked up the 1977 930 fuse box cover on the Porsche's online PET, which says the p/n is: 930 612 161 00. Oddly, it lists the 1976 930 cover as: 930 612 161 01.

The link isn't kaput for the 76/77 turbo section; you just have to dig a little farther. When it first takes you to the page that says"Object Not Found", look a little farther down the page and click on: "techinfo.porsche.com". From there you can get to a pdf of the 76/77 catalog.

Here's the direct link to that section: https://techinfo.porsche.com/techinfo/pdf/en-us/catalogues/911T_USA_KATALOG.pdf

Thank you Bob.

So I now know what 00, 01, 02 and 04 covers are for.

The search continues for the elusive 03...

Confirm Fuse Box Cover Part Number

We have a 1979 911SC that has about 50,000 miles on it. We are the second owner. Just yesterday we inquired at the parts department of the local Porsche dealer about the fuse box cover on the car which is a 911-612-161-03 and they confirmed that it is the correct cover for the car. We did not ask what else it might fit.
