Clicking sound in reverse
Car makes a clicking sound when moving in reverse however ONLY when reverse gear is engaged. in neutral rolling backwards there is no sound.
Anybody experience this and if so how long do i have before i'm learning about 915's?

btw, i can have the clutch IN and so long as the lever is in 'r' it clicks when rolling backwards.
Paul, if CV wouldn't the car make the sound regardless of gear shift position?

Berettafan,
I don't know for sure. I was thinking it would only occur under load. I hope for your sake it isn't a transmission bearing. Can you try to isolate where it's coming from? One side or another, for example.
