Dumb question please help!

I backed my car up on some ramps. Now I need to jack the front up and put floor jacks under it but every place I start to jack bends a little so I stop. Were do I place the jack so I don't damage anything? Thanks I know Im going to hit myself.

i use a floor jack and piece of wood under the front pan to spread the load. however my car doesn't have a/c so pan section is relatively flat. not sure that's the case on yours.

Garage
I sometimes put a stick of wood, 2x2x~18" across the front of the pan just behind the front condensor. Ken
