would anyone know why my heat it is warm until I turn on the fan & then cold air blows out the floor vents?

Can you be a little more clear? Which fan are you turning on? How are the controls set on the dash? On the floor levers?

The fan controlled by the dash switch (lever) ONLY blows outside (cold) air. It's totally separate from the heating system.
