Any locals?

As I am reading the post, I find that a lot of guys get together to drive, work on they're cars, or just hang out and make up stories about cars. I am afraid I already know the answer to this question, but, any of you guys from Northern Arkansas, Southern MO?

how far are you from Jackson, TN?

Also, I know there are a few guys in the Eureka Springs area. There is a great PCA event there every year called Porsche Palooza.

Think of it this way. Around these parts, you GET to drive your car farther if you want to meet up with someone. None of those 15 minutes drives for us!!!

Keep in mind you're reaching an international audience. You would have had better results by including YOUR locale in the subject line.

Welcome to the board.

+1. Or maybe even using the Regional Forum for your area, instead of the Technical board. Post levels might be lower, but the kind of folks who are long-time members here, know about your car, know the local shops and other folks and will help you with it will certainly be checking it, even if they don't post when they have nothing to say.

Which might be this (I'm a bit fuzzy on geography on that side): http://forums.pelicanparts.com/great-plains-rocky-mountains-us-co-ia-ks-mo-mt-nd-ne-sd-wy/

+1. Although I'm shocked, shocked, I tell you. Standards are obviously slipping around here.

I can't believe that we've got this far in the thread and no-one has insisted that you post photos of your car yet....

3 and a half hours from Memphis (2 and a half in a porsche at 4am), not sure from Jackson.

Didn't see a lot of traffic in regionals, but a very good point about my location in the subject.

Got engaged to my lovely wife in Eureka, and go there once a year anyway, I am sure I can talk her into an extra trip to PorschePalooza (what a weekend me my wife and of course THE CAR).

And pictures LOL, still waiting on the car to be delivered. I had a 951 but lost it recently in a house fire, absolutely loved the car, but decided to try the coveted 911 on this go around. I promise to post pics just as soon as I have some to post LOL.

Sorry to hear about the demise of your 951. Hope it was only property damage and no one (or pets) was harmed.

Re: pictures, we do accept pictures of the wife in place of vehicle photos.

Kidding!

But actually no, we really do accept them.

Jackson is about 45 minutes from Dyersburg (east on 412). How far are you from Dyersburg?
