Post Quest for Cool - cutting the holes

Finished cutting two ducts in the new S-style spoiler -- further evidence of the lengths I'm willing to go to to avoid the RS-style front-mounted cooler. Once painted, the holes will be covered with black wire mesh guards (approx. 1/4-inch spacing) to keep shrapnel and small wildlife out.

As always, click on a small image for a bigger version.

The driver's side battery box is being reduced to a small remnant of its former self, still with enough space for the Stinger battery, but also allowing air to be ducted directly to (and through) the second cooler.

Will it work? I'll keep you all posted.

I know you said that a surf board expert is aiding with the f/g work, but be sure to reinforce the edges of the holes, they are the place where cracks will start.

Jack--could you provide us neophytes a quick short description of how to do thumbnails--or advice on where to go or what to purchase. Thx!
